I ordered a part and realized I needed a different size, so I had to do a return. They did accept it, but it took a few emails to get the exchange figured out, and I had to pay for shipping back, which was... not ideal. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of slow and a little unclear at times.

I ended up ordering from realstreet.com because the price was better than a few other sites I looked at, and I’m usually cautious about where I buy from online.

What I appreciated was that the total didn’t suddenly jump at checkout with random fees or overpriced shipping. Everything stayed straightforward, which made me feel a lot better about placing the order.

Nothing over the top, just a smooth purchase where I felt like I paid a fair price and didn’t have to worry about getting hit with some weird surprise after the fact
